Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms cover this website and the work I do as Tryston Perry / KUHL Shop — website rescue, rebuilds, and ongoing care. Using the site or hiring me means you agree to them. Project details (price, timeline, scope) live in the plan I send you; that plan wins if it conflicts with this page.

2. Services

I rebuild websites, move content, handle hosting and domain setup, and look after sites on a monthly care plan. What's included for you is what we write down in the plan.

3. Payment

Site Rescue is $1,000 unless we agree otherwise: $500 to start, $500 when you approve. Care is $200/month, month-to-month. Other work is billed as we agree in writing.

Late payment can pause work. Refunds, if any, are set in your plan.

4. How we work

I'll send a plan and a price before I start. You agree to:

• Give timely feedback and approvals
• Supply content, logins, and access I need
• Review the new site promptly

Your current site stays live until you approve the new one, unless we agree something different.

5. Ownership

After full payment, you own the site I built for you — domain, code, and content. You own those either way on the care plan.

I keep rights to tools, patterns, and general knowledge I bring to the work, and I may mention completed work unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Use of this site

Don't use kuhlshop.com to break the law, attack the site, or send harmful content.

7. Confidentiality

I'll treat logins, business details, and anything you mark as private as confidential. You do the same with anything I share that's not already public.

8. Liability

I do the work with care. I'm not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. My total liability for a project is the amount you paid me for that project. California law governs these terms.
